Description DSSTox provides a high quality public chemistry resource for supporting improved predictive toxicology. A distinguishing feature of this effort is the accurate mapping of bioassay and physicochemical property data associated with chemical substances to their corresponding chemical structures. The DSSTox Database incorporates state-of-the-art cheminformatics workflows, provides the chemical infrastructure for EPA’s Safer Chemicals Research, including the ToxCast and Tox21 high-throughput toxicology efforts. EPA will continue to add content to DSSTox and users will be able to directly access the updated and expanded DSSTox database, as well as chemical exploration tools and capabilities currently under development. These capabilities will include chemical searching and SDF file downloads, as well as web-services and dynamic chemical linkages to and from EPA's interactive Chemical Safety for Sustainability (iCSS Dashboards) online dashboards.
