Description | The Institute of Neurobiology and Molecular Medicine (INMM) is the result of the merging of two suppressed institutes of CNR which performed researches in the field of neurobiology and molecular medicine. The activities of the Institute are the following: Molecular mechanisms of cell functions, with particular reference to neurobiology, experimental immunology, and cell proliferation and death. Cell growth factors, their relations with membrane receptors, and their role in the biological signal transduction. Molecular determinants of human diseases, both at genetic and biochemical level. |
