| Description | ToxFX is an automated toxicogenomics analysis application. The ToxFX analytical approach utilizes toxicogenomic signatures, specially-curated biochemical pathways and other relevant data to interpret toxicity-related transcriptomic data in minutes and presents the results as a detailed, customized report. The ToxFX report can be produced from data generated from either Affymetrix GeneChip® Rat Genome 230 2.0 arrays or reduced feature set Affymetrix GeneChip® Rat ToxFX 1.0 arrays. The ToxFX 1.0 array contains customized content based on the NTP DrugMatrix® reference database. All that is required for data upload is PLIER normalized .chp files. |
